At Kiğılı, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a seamless return process for items that do not meet your expectations. You can return or exchange your unworn products within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to your Kiğılı account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return request form.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging along with the completed return form and the invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point using the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
